This one-story, single-family house is a place to have unforgettable family vacations.
Our location on the barrier island means that you have both beach and dock. Our back yard is on the water and has a covered boat dock. And the beach is just a short bike ride up the street. To top it off, the pool is solar-heated and screen-enclosed.
Our house is in the middle of the Archie-Carr Wildlife Reserve, offering a wide variety of nature activities. Our beach is one of the favorite turtle-nesting habitats and we often have manatees and dolphins behind the house.
Even though our neighborhood is more the peaceful area, the attractions and shopping possibilites on Florida's Space Coast are plentiful and there is a plethora of possibilities in Orlando, with Disney, EPCOT and water parks just one and a half hours away.

The Pool Bedroom has a queen-size bed and a sliding door to the pool patio. The Corner Bedroom has a king-size bed and its own attached bathroom with shower. The Front Bedroom has two queen-size beds. All bedrooms have closets and two have TVs. An additional bathroom, the Pool Bathroom, has a second door that leads to the pool and patio.
The kitchen is equiped with modern appliances, including dishwasher and microwave, as well as smaller appliances like toaster, coffee maker and coffee grinder. There are also plenty of pot and pans, cooking utensils, and even sheets and trays for baking. The serving sets are for eight. The dining area has a solid wood table that easily expands from a square table for 4 persons to a round table that seats 6-8. From the table, you have a wonderful view of the pool, dock and the nature refuge across the water.
The backyard faces due south, so in the cool months, the sun crosses in the southern sky shining directly on the new solar panels for heating the pool, but crosses to the north during the summer. Both lanai/patio and pool are inside a screened enclosure so you can enjoy swimming and fresh steaks from the grill without the bother of those pesky bugs.
The yard all around the house has xeriscape landscaping, with its live oak and ligustrum casting shadows on the thoughtfully landscaped indigenous ground cover and grasses. The covered dock is equipped with a boat lift, fresh water, electricity and a sink for cleaning the catch-of-the-day.
An ocean kayak is available for exploring the calm waters off the dock, where manatees and dolphins are regularly spotted. There are also five beach cruisers for exploring the neighborhood and riding to the beach and nearby hiking trails.
Washer and dryer are conveniently located in the attached-garage. Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided. For your trip to the beach, there are also a few beach chairs, an umbrella and an ice chest.
